    2010 - maintenant • The main duty of this position is the overall management of all Rooms, Mess hall, Utility and facilities allocated to staff in PMP camp.
    • To carry out this function below is a schedule of but is not limited to, the main functions of the position:


    OPERATION: (In contractor Camp and subcontractors Camps)
    • Develop and maintain a system for ensuring that the facilities are prepared well in advance to receive new arrivals/departures of “residents”.
    • Room allotment for employees as per company norms.
    • Maintain complete details of employees staying in the contractor camp.
    • Menu Preparation for contractor camp residents.
    • Organisation of Recreation activities.
    • Organisation of Welfare Programs of contractor camp and subcontractor camps
    • Maintain a team leave schedule which is not affecting the operation.
    • Representative of the company with RLIC/QP Authority for all camps matters.

    SECURITY:
    • Develop and maintain with Project security manager a system for ensuring that only authorized personnel gain access to camps facilities.
    • Maintaining personal records of each employee, about their behaviour, their leave and in and out.
    • To enforce strict discipline in the contractor camp premises.

    MAINTENANCE:
    • Develop and maintain a system for ensuring that all camp facilities are operated and maintained in a safe and efficient manner.
    • Develop and maintain a camp assets register and control issue of contractor camp materials.
    • Coordination with Utility group for maintenance and operation of Potable Plant and SDMO/MTU Power plant.
    • Coordination Camp Construction group for all camp extension technical aspect.

    HEALTH AND SAFETY:
    • Ensure that the camps have an up-to-date health and safety system
    • Ensure that all the camps have adequate first aid equipment.
    • Develop and maintain safety procedure in camps.
