- In charge of controlling manufacturing costs and validating transfer prices in collaboration with the Finance departments of Chinese and Indian plants and of the headquarter.
- In charge of production transfers to the plants in China and in India : optimizations done according to technical, logistic, administrative and quality points of view ; federation of the different teams involved in this process.
- In charge of technical assistance for the plants in China and in India followed by the setting-up of direct relations between the plants and involved departments in France (Industrialization Department, ... ).
