En résumé

After fifteen years’ experience in the construction industry, oil & gas as well as nuclear power plant, steel making factories, I developed a wide-ranging technical & management knowledge on fabrication, erection, installation and commissioning works.

I have extensive experience in revamping projects and upgrades on aged offshore assets, based on floating construction barges as well as jack-up barges. My ability to think fast and make suitable modification in the field, solving problems and achieving client objectives has been a great asset to all the projects I participated in.

My current position as an offshore mechanical superintendent has allowed me to develop a great team management skill and a practical approach with an eye for optimizing production while always ensuring worker’s safety. I am looking forward for new challenges onshore or offshore to boost my career path.

    Onshore Responsibilities:
    * Review of project engineering & preparation ;
    * Attend & participate in constructability reviews with Client ;
    * Participate in work site surveys ;
    * Develop offshore planning & installation sequences ;
    * Review of installation/lifting procedures ;
    * Preparations of materials (project and tools) at onshore mobilization base
    * Develop & Manage Mobilization Plan of offshore personnel
    Offshore Responsibilities:
    * Day to day running of a construction crew up to 120 personnels
    * Manage, lead and coordinate the activities of supervisors and their teams
    * Ensure teams are aware of Project's quality and safety requirements
    * Coordinate work as per the priorities given by Site Management
    * Coordinate problems and solutions between site Construction Contractor and the design and field engineers
    * Daily reporting and inspections of work in progress ;
    * Reviewing and assisting in weekly progress meeting ;
    * Develop & Manage Mobilization Plan of offshore personnel
    * Preparation & Execution of several shutdowns on offshore platforms

  • Acergy OFFSHORE SA - Construction Piping Supervisor

    * EPC2B Project (Client Exxon Mobil) - Greenfield ;
    * AKPO FPSO Project (Client Total) - FPSO First Oil ;

    Responsibilities:
    * Day to day running of pipefitting team. ;
    * Supervise piping hydrotesting - preparation and execution
    * Review and oversee the storage, preventive maintenance and cleaning of piping spools prior to and during erection
