• Puratos -  Group Business Control Director - Strategic Business Units

  2002 - 2007 Main responsibilities : Support the 3 Strategic Business Unit Directors and help to optimize their financials.
  
  Main achievements:
  • Implement the global Gross margin reporting based on ABC costing,
  • Develop pricing strategy,
  • Develop restructuring plans on yeast business and presentation to the Board of Directors,
  • Realize 1 Joint Venture (THT).
  

• Puratos -  Group Business Control Manager Food Ingredients

  1998 - 2002 Main responsibilities : Support Food Ingredients Business Unit Directors and help to optimize their financials. Control of 10 entities internationally totaling 150m€ sales.
  
  Main achievements:
  • Approve of capex amounting up to 25m€,
  • Implement a sales and lease back program of more than 9m€,
  • Realize 3 start-ups of new subsidiaries (Beldem US, Cuore Belgium and Beldem S-Africa),
  • Realize 2 acquisitions (Ghirardelli factory in US and Classic Couverture in UK),
  • Trainings : Finance, WACC, Budget and Working Capital management.

  • Assume interim bookkeeping and reporting jobs when requested,
