Site LPG-LDHP (gas treatment) - Hassi Messaoud ( Algeria) : 2500 workers, 20 millions workhours, TRI = 0,7 (August 2012).
o Managing, coordinating 20 local and expatriates employees
o Management and Monitoring with of all project activities related to hygiene, health, safety and the environment.
o Define, implement, monitor the project HSE plan.
o Advise the project management for customer relationships and local authorities, in compliance with specific project stresses and corporate HSE.
o Ensure an adapted organization to the requirements of the HSE project.
o Ensure the promotion of all initiatives relating to the HSE on the project site.
o Ensure the compliance by subcontractors, with HSE project requirements.
