The successful migration ensured the autonomy of Nutrition et Santé for planned company split. That migration covered the infrastructure, software, data and business processes for all European Nutrition and Santé markets (France, Benelux, Spain and Italy (3 factories, 6 markets, 1000 items). That migration was followed by the implementation of a support and project organisation specific to N&S.

Responsible for the benefit analysis of the CPFR process within Masterfood environment. That analysis was done in collaboration with a customer from Belgium (Delhaize) and showed substancial benefit at the European level.

Responsible for the European VMI roll out (OCS) including business processes for 6 coutries, 19 customers and 2000 items. This roll out provided a very significant transportation cost reduction and customer stock level optimisation.
