15 annees d experience achat strategiques et de production, directs et indirects, qualite fournisseur, logistique, completees par le demarrage operationnel d'une unite de production en Chine.
Durent ces annees, management d'equipe internationnales Francaises, Chinoises, Americaines, Corennes, Allemandes, Anglaises, Italiennes ou maintenant aussi Suedoises et Polonaises.

Actuellement Directeur achat Global (40 personnes, 2.2 Milliards de $) pour le groupe Volvo depuis le 1er Janvier 2011, j'etais avant cela Directeur Achat Asie pour Knorr-Bremse (leader Mondial du freinage pour camions). Auparavant, j'ai eu divers experienceachat locales et regionales. Mes premiers pas professionels ont ete effectues chez Meritor.

Je suis particulierement motive par la nouveaute, le demarrage de nouveaux projets ou de nouvelles approches ou structures d achat.
Mon approche strategique, globale et pragmatique des achats est reconnue par mes pairs et a ete validee par l'ensembles des engagements et des succes chez Knorr-Bremse ou Volvo.

J aime diriger des equipes internationnales dans un contexte d amelioration continue et de performance grace a la mobilisation autour de nos challenges, a la cohesion et a l esprit de corps.

    Start from scratch a new purchasing department
    European executive members and location executive member for compressors
    Elected project leader for the first Truck group Asian Initiative in sourcing parts
    Relocation leader for production in France instead of Italy
