- Lead the development and execution of the Plant Industrial Performance Plan in line with the whole strategy and the overall operational objectives.
- Drive sustainable performance improvements in line with budget commitments.
- As a member of the Plant Leadership Team, continually demonstrate the key principles and values of a high performance work team.
- Continue the implementation, and drive the continuous improvement program to deliver opportunities in Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Environment.
- Lead the monitoring, communication and analysis of key plant metrics on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis to ensure achievement of SQCDE commitments.
- Be an active and engaged shop floor leader who leads by example. Promote the values of the high performance work system
- Drive employee personal development through the execution of performance management tools, training plans and employee retention activities
