    Projects: Gas To Liquid Plant foundation and infrastructure, high rise buildings and other buildings, jetties, air strips and airports, stadium, roads, bridges and infrastructures, railway, facility services, furniture production, quarries and dredging, marine operations, land transportation operations & fleet management.

    Achievements :
    •Head of the HSE Department + 100 Staff, reporting to Executive Directors.

    •Create and develop the Company HSE Management System in line with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 & International (US/EU/UK) standards and requirements.
    •This includes the creation of Company HSE documentation, Policies, Manuals and Procedures.
    •Develop, Organise, structure and manage the HSE department.

    2001 - 2005 Context: Large Gas and Oil Project, TSKJ, main Contractor for the Client NLNG for the EPC Contract of LNG Plants and associated facilities, including LNG & LPG tanks, LNG & LPG jetties. Multi Billion Euros Projects.

    Achievements:
    •Head of the Project HSE Training Centre.
    •Manage the HSE training Programmes (workforce between 10-15 000), construction and commissioning activities according to G&O international regulations and best Practices.
    •Some of the training courses developed: supervising safely, confined space, manual handling, working at height & scaffolding, LOTO, electrical safety, general induction, commissioning activities, work permits, lifting and rigging, COSHH, etc.
    •Multi-cultural working environment.
    •Project HSE auditor.
    •Responsible for the implementation of the Project behavioural based safety programme “B-Safe”. Managing 15 Coordinators, 300 Observers generating 30 000 observations on a weekly basis.
    •Observations analysis and reports regarding behavioural patterns and trends. Tool used as the « Project incident forecast » helping the prevention of accident in influencing Project Management decisions and attitudes.

    Results :
    •Project achieved + 20 Million LTI Free.
    •Growing Culture of Safety amongst the Project Workforce and Subcontractors.
