  • OCP AFRICA - HR Manager

    2016 - maintenant In charge of HR topics to support the incorporation of 11 subsidiaries in sub-Saharan Africa:
    o Designed the target organisation of the company with the Executive Committee Members and Country Managers by taking into account the OCP AFRICA strategy and the specificities of local markets
    o Recruited 150 new hires based in Morocco and in 15 sub Saharan countries
    o Worked with local counsels on all legal and administrative aspects (labour contracts, employee termination, internal rules, social insurance and personnel insurance…)

    Design of the HR policy, processes and tools for OCP AFRICA and its 11 subsidiaries:
    o Elaborated the Compensation & Benefits Policy for OCP AFRICA and its subsidiary
    o Defined HR procedures (control and validation of the payroll, follow up of HR expenses…)
    o Managed the preliminary stages of HRIS projects (e-learning platform, online payslips, online solution for HR document management…)

    Coordination of the internal communication within OCP AFRICA:
    o Organized different internal events (Induction Seminars, HR Open Doors…)
    o Created communication tools (newsletters, video interviews…), sent on regular basis to OCP AFRICA employees
