En résumé

I recently finished a 2 months and a half training at Fitec in order to become a Digital CRM Consultant at DXC Technology. Awaiting for my first mission to start.

Beforehand I worked for 8 years as a Marketing and Sales Project Manager in the IT industry. Also worked in New Zealand for a bit, in the hospitality industry.

I am used to work in a fast paced environment and to multitask. I can work under pressure, I am not scared of dealing with issues that can face companies, I am rather focused on how to solve quickly and efficiently these issues.

    VIP-IT has been acquired recently by the PlenITude Group. I was working on their good integration in the group, essentially on the administrative and financial part.

    I worked for another company of the same group beforehand, Plenium, Service Informatique.

    2015 - 2017 4* hotel and conference centre in Auckland, New Zealand

    Organizing and managing weddings and corporate events (diners, awards nights, parties …) for high-end customers

    -maîtrise de logiciels type requêteur : le premier interne à la société et le second étant celui d'un panéliste (GFK).
  • Géant Casino - Stage Marketing

    Saint-Étienne 2003 - 2003 Stage de 3 mois pour le compte d'un des Géant Casino de Montpellier pour lequel j'ai réalisé une enquête de satisfaction sur la clientèle vis-à-vis du magasin et de ses services :
    -création du questionnaire via Sphinx en accord avec le Directeur du magasin
    -administration dudit questionnaire sur un échantillon représentatif d'environ 500 personnes
    -traitement des résultats et présentation d'une synthèse au Directeur
