As A TME, i was one of the few Subject-matter expert on how to implement successfully a social business software & platform and i was representing the Cisco Business Unit here in EMEAR.
- I was engaged in customer pre-sales engagements for big and strategic deals, leading the architecture and technical complex design as well as in knowledge change management processes discovery in many European countries with many different teams virtual or not.
- My role was also to identify gaps in product & processes, make proactive suggestions for improvement to the Product Manager & engineering team & influence the strategic direction of the solution for a better EMEAR Go-To-Market.And i managed to get some of them into the roadmap.
- I developed technical collaterals to highlight best practices including architectural designed work, white papers, FAQs - Those were shared always on our social platform
- My role was also evangelize and train successfully Cisco Field system engineers and Cisco partners on our social business platform to improve selling efficiency and to show our Cisco vision, roadmap on social.
- I developed compelling selling advantages documents, competitive analysis and positioning.
