    2010 - 2012 As the foundation regional sales manager for Burgundy area (France), I was responsible for developing the business and growing the brand from zero-base in the region. This involved developing and implementing the business strategy, establishing the sales consultant network and training sales consultants both on products and sales/communications to grow sales revenue. After only nine months the sales consultant network grew to over 100 consultants and Burgundy was rewarded the top sales growth region nationdwide.
