- Asses on process adherence (Interview of key accountable /stakeholders, Q&A and Survey) and create detail WPDO Process/RASCI and WPDO planning.

Objectives:
• Harmonize Methods, Processes, and Tools between each Natco.
• Be the guardian of skill level (process et methods) of CoE A380 NCF team.
• Improve quality and ATA92 definition process.
• Ensure that the documentation is used and clearly understood by CoE Teams.
Activity:
• Project Manager on A380 Change plan 2.5 Applicabilty of Full 3D Manufacturing process on NCF section, Business Case establishment, Methode creation, IT developpment follow up, reporting M&T, Awareness session to RSP and Airbus, BAT and test script.
• Organize and plan projects, AS-IS analyze and TO-BE definition, create and present Business Case, development and implementation plan, perform BAT and run Deployment in cooperation with EM & ICT.
• Answer all questions method/tool/Business (Support Level 3).
• Get, evaluate, and update all AIRBUS documentation under ESBLI responsibility.
