    2005 - 2006 Trading company in charge of buying & following up Swimwear & Lingerie for european brands as Etam, Casino & Huit.

    - Management of a budget of USD$ 1.2 million
    - Order follow-up from product development (including materials selection ; quality and colors approvals ; fitting and packaging) until production & delivery in the warehouse for underwear and swimwear products
    - Factories soucring in China

    Results
    - Volume increase from 90,000 to 290,000 units within a year
    - Introduction of 2 new suppliers
  • TNT FASHION LTD - Product Manager

    2003 - 2005 Trading company specialised in management of Underwear, nightwear and swimwear collection for french and italian brands(Orcanta, Yamamay, Monoprix, Cannelle, etc.)

    - Launched new products/collections (design ; materials sourcing and product development)
    - Follow-up of nightwear from order confirmation to shipment of the goods and Management of merchandiser team composed of 3 people (balance of industrial feasability ; follow-up of production planning and development planing)
    - Sourcing of new partners in asia (china mainly) working FOB or CMT.

    Result= Turnover of 1 of my customer jumped in 2 seasons from USD 50K to USD 300K
