    - Plan and execute 50 B2B high quality events per year varying in nature, for e.g. CEO Breakfasts, Business Club Cocktails, seminars, Industry focused events, dinners, Award schemes and ceremonies

    2007 - 2010 The regional council of Languedoc-Roussillon, South of France, invests 3.5 million euros per annum to fund five "Maisons de la Région" across the world. These "Maisons" are defined as points of support for both commercial and logistics to facilitate the overseas deployment of regional companies.

    Project Management - Setting up of the Maison de la Région Languedoc-Roussillon, London (6 months)
    - Finding new premises for the business, Lease negotiation, organisation of the building survey, Coordination and follow up of the works (plumbing, electricity, etc…)
    - Opening the account, registering the Limited Company
    - Recruiting the team
    - Organising all PR activities prior to opening

    Director of the Maison de la Région Languedoc-Roussillon - In this role, I was responsible for:
    - Day to day running of an international economic development agency
    - Line Management of a team of 5 project managers
    - Overseeing campaigns from planning, targeting and budget setting through to implementation and delivery
    - Organising and coordinating 90 events a year including wine tastings, seminars, exhibitions, press trips, conferences
    - Researching and building on new business opportunities / prospecting new clients
