    2016 - 2017 Redefined the operating business model and the position of retail department within the Group.
    Restructured the stores by changing the culture (from suppliers to customer centricity), stores concept (introducing new categories to increase traffic and conversion), Operations and HR process (performance reviews, internal communication, team motivation, performance and excellence culture…).
    Accelerated the expansion by opening 3 new stores and starting remodeling of existing stores.

    2012 - 2016 Direction des ventes et opérations pour 24 magasins et 1 webshop MediaMarkt en Belgique et 2 magasins Saturn au Luxembourg.

  • Media-Saturn China - Concept Manager - Ventes et Opérations - Chine

    2011 - 2012 Implantation de l'enseigne Media Markt à Shanghai en Chine (7 magasins).

    Préparation des ouvertures (plans, assortiments, budgets d'achat, comptes d'exploitation et marketing).

    Management des équipes opérationnelles (recrutement des directeurs de magasin, formation aux outils, concept et philosophie).

    Encadrement et optimisation des magasins après ouverture.

  • Media-Saturn France - Directeur Régional Ile de France

    2005 - 2011 Direction régionale des 9 magasins SATURN en Ile de de France avec notamment à DOMUS le plus grand magasin d'Electronique en FRANCE sur 12 000 m².
