In this role, Céline had to secure efficient cross-group collaboration between her team and local procurement, as well as with HQ category managers.
Céline's team consisted of 4 team members covering key categories of spend in marketing: Digital, events, RM, PR and market research.
The team was responsible for driving key sourcing initiatives in large country, or multi-country. They also acted as a center of expertise for smaller subsidiaries' procurement team to tap into (sourcing toolkit, etc.)
