Since 2005 I have been operating in different Europe Middle-East Africa HR Lead roles at Microsoft.
I work in an environment where information technologies - cloud, mobility, social, big data, machine learning - are key to adding value and having great impact.
My current focus is on building organisation capability and managing talent in a fast changing international environment: attracting, assessing, retaining and developing talents, managing mobility, building leadership teams and planning successions, managing change and landing new organizations.
