    2013 - maintenant Leading HR processes and policies with local HR Site Managers (2500p in Belgium,
    France, Spain, Italy and Germany);
    Managing career development for the 400 “cadres” in 10 sites;
    Managing HR carve‐out Project of the joint‐venture INOVYN (Solvay‐INEOS).
    Providing HR advice and guidance in major organisational changes for the creation of
    the Joint‐Venture;
    Since July 1st 2015 in INOVYN (JV Solvay-Ineos): Leading HR processes and policies with local HR Site Managers for the 4000p in
