    2014 - maintenant Located in our Hong-Kong office. Management of global buyers activities in Asia: sales analyses, global price negotiation, production coordination with customers HQ & LO, vendors and our factories. Work on global projects related to our offices and factories in Asia to answer needs from EMEA and USA: set up global marketing tools, organize workshops for buyers for their LO and their vendors, work on a new internal communication tool for the group.
  • YKK Europe - Key Account Manager - Global Marketing Group

    2010 - 2014 Sales & management: Follow up of global buyers in luxury, kids wear and sport industry. Production coordination. Set up the objectives & strategy for French market. Reporting at European level. Increased market share & sales.
    Marketing & communication: Promoting YKK products and services at brands’ HQ side. Relation with designers, product managers, quality mangers and buyers. Competitive intelligence. Preparation of fairs tools.

    2005 - 2010 Sales: Collection presentation to buyers and tariff negotiation. Development of customized products via our HKG office. Worked with specialized distributors and big retailers.
    Management: Country manager from March to September 2009 (6 persons) and reporting to the Europe Manager. Working on the recruitment plan and training.
    Marketing: Set up the distribution strategy for each brand. Organization of our bi-annual participation to the international fair Maison & Objets. Relation with the press.
