Transformation Projects Management
- International CRM and Digital projects management from scoping phase to deployment (vision, project plan, budget, RFI/RFP, partners and solution selection, design, tests, communication, training, deployment and follow-up, Core model management).
- Operational, financial and contractual project management: EUR 2,5M in 2015
- Team management (from 2 to > 15 people depending on topics in 2015)
Business development
- Contribution to new Sales offers definition and to BearingPoint « Digital » centre of excellence, in charge of the offer « B2B Digital Transformation ».
- Commercial Proposals management (document and presentation) and expertise sharing
- Team Development: recruiting, career follow-up (mentoring), Business school teaching, design of a “Customer Management Introduction” course.
