    2007 - 2010 Business Development: In charge of the IT and IS banking business unit, I developed new businesses opportunities in Switzerland with banks, managed a team of consultants. I was in charge of recruiting new talent, integrating them and improving their competences through trainings and certifications program (Itil, Isfb, etc.). Manage the consultants teams (project follow-up, career management, yearly appraisal...).
    In charge of a business unit, I had to plan my growth, budget and forecast my turnover in order to optimize my margins.
    I managed sales, clients' advices and technological projects follow-up, negotiations with purchasing services, and a profit unit controlling my margins and global results.
    Maintain the link between APO (Amaris Project Office) and the business unit.
