With close to 20 years of international experience, Mrs Tayar started her career in Europe in the commercial and banking sectors. She performed various professional trainings in several countries, notably with the French embassy in Egypt, in the economic expansion department. Her numerous papers included a study of the agri-food industry in Egypt, an analysis of the lebanese economy and the taxation of investments in Europe. Mrs Tayar travelled extensively in North and South America, Europe, North Africa and the Middle-East. For the past 15 years, she has settled in Canada, has worked there and achieved managerial positions within several small and medium enterprises. Her experience grew as she worked in diverse industries (distribution, manufacture, office equipment, international trade). Presently, Mrs. Tayar heads DashCo international group, which handles several consulting contracts in business management and practices for various types of industries throughout the world. A keynote speaker and lecturer on intercultural relations and communication, she also gives several training seminars in continuing education on management, cultural adaptation and customer service excellence. Mrs Tayar's experience allows her not only to have a global vision and functional understanding of the enterprise, but also to be very broadminded and to have an advanced comprehension of business with foreign countries and people of different cultures and languages.
