Responsible of all the payroll activities and staff in the 17 countries of the group
The management of an internal team and a BPO to deliver payroll in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibility for the production of management information to support US GAAP accounting and country statutory financials, ensuring company policies are followed. Supporting a wide range of customers. Identify and manage risks and take charge of financial controls over internal disbursements. Implementing and monitoring internal controls in support of Sarbanes Oxley requirements Managing specific projects (cost reduction initiatives, IT improvements…) and participating in business projects. Team management: coaching, developing and upgrading qualifications. Responsible for developing operational metrics to pre-empt problems and measure effectiveness of operations (scorecards, etc.). Achieves high service delivery standards by monitoring key performance indicators and implementing changes to staff as required.
