    Rueil Malmaison 2008 - 2012 Launch & manage the Water segment as a line of business +500M€ over 25 countries
     Deliver worldwide growth on sales (+30%) with a focus on Solutions (+150%)
     Manage the worldwide team (+100 people) & challenge the performance: define ambition & implement business plan & organization, share best practices and develop methodology + tools (starter kits, quantification of markets), ups-kill the community (training path, webex, community of practice ...)
