•Help the business to build a plan to increase take rate and profitable growth in the partner arena

•Put in place mechanism to guarantee partners are invoiced consistently and on a timely manner
•Control cash collection associated to these invoices and make sure processes, tools are in place to maximize cash collection and reduce over dues
•Propose update, change on % of volume to be invoiced to partners in sync with the business
Internal control
•Put in place internal control to make sure Partner P&L and B/S are reported and controlled accordingly to CWT rules.
•Control the correctness of Partner pricing in the case of CWT overall RFPs (bids, rebids)
