Working for Verizon since 2004, I'm a Client Services Manager since 2007.
Currently Lead Consultant Client Services Manager (ITIL equivalent: SDM), I'm in charge of one of our TOP 5 French customers in term of governance complexity and turnover.
Ensuring the best customer experience possible, the Client Services Manager is also accountable of the contract execution. I'm also accountable of the profitability, resources usage, SLA compliance and I lead the virtual service team assigned to the customer.
