  • Argus Security Projects - Haiti - International Security Manager

    2011 - 2013 International Security Manager to the European Union Delegation in Haiti and the European Commission's Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection department, formerly known as the European Community Humanitarian Aid Office (ECHO).

    In charge of management and coordination of the Close Protection Team to the Ambassador of EU, and local guards, collect information and analyze risks, implement on appropriate security measures, ensure good contact with client and authorities, give technical advices and train security member staffs, inform the Head of Delegation and the Regional Security Officer via oral and written reporting and situation-analysis about risks and threats, ensure the respect of security procedures in the event of a crisis including aspects of evacuation.
