Hired in February 2010 to define and implement a complete restructuring plan of COGRAL including investment plan, social plan, reconstruction of existing but unused ERP: Navision, Local IFRS conversion and a complete restructuring of the balance sheet (incl. a significant remediation plan). Renegotiation of the long term debt and overdraft extension with local bank in progress.
