    2017 - maintenant I'm a Product Manager in charge of Identification products for Allflex/Antelliq company. Antelliq is part of MSD Animal Health since 2019.
    The Product Manager is in charge of ensuring the link between the needs defined by the sales representatives, the R&D department and the company leaders for each new group project.
    The Product Manager take a senior leadership role in formation, management and execution of product line roadmaps.
    - Creating buy-in for the product vision and corresponding product line plans
    - Translating product strategy into detailed market and product requirements
    - Enabling projects to be structured and completed in right scope/budget/ timeline
    - Facilitating the market requirements through product development and launch activities
    - working with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy

    2010 - maintenant Allflex est le leader mondial de l'Identification Animale.

    Le Chef Produit (service Bureau d'Etudes Plasturgie) est un chef de projet plasturgie assurant la conception, le développement et l'industrialisation des produits plastiques (injection) du groupe Allflex et de ses filiales.

    Missions principales :
    -gestion du développement des nouveaux produits (secteur plasturgie), de leur homologation et de leur évolution
    -suivi des essais de qualification, des tests labo et terrain
    -gestion de la documentation technique en lien avec la procédure Conception et Industrialisation
