Currently, driving a global business case analysis to define the HRIS strategy and build the new and modern HRIS 2.0 platform (Core HR areas: Strategic workforce planning, succession planning, Performance, Learning, Talent acquisition global master data/Analytics, on boarding/off boarding, ESS/MSS) for SCA group with the objectives to increase business efficiencies, support business strategies and face upcoming challenges in HR.
Also responsible for global HRIS process harmonization, standardization, cost reductions, and quality improvements in the area of T&E, payroll and time management with an end to end approach including Finance and Employee master data.
- Recently appointed HRIS program manager to build a global business case to define the new HRIS strategy for the group and the project implementation roadmap.
- Also trusted global HRIS process lead driving HR process harmonization (payroll/time/T&E) in 36 countries (+44,000 employees) of SCA group, designing, delivering global processes and instructions.
- Heading global HR project innovation by implementing a global T&E system (including mobile services) and spearheading budget & contract management (±1M€), change management (± 50 travel administrators and 10,000 users) to boost harmonization and quality in Travel management services. 24 countries to be implemented by end of 2017.
- 3 times nominee for HR innovation awards including SAP France award for launching and driving the global T&E system implementation project
