    * to secure a link with the selected suppliers and encourage integration of messages (XML format) in their “back office” systems,

    * Managing director with full powers of the profit center,
    * direct management of 5 directors (production, logistics, product development, finance/accounting, HR),
    * recruitment and direct management of the sales force (4 sales managers + 4 agents),
    * monthly reporting to the Group’s CEO,
    * set up and follow up of the production and purchases through EDI links,
    * internal negotiations and set up of the new mandatory reduction of working time (ARTT),

  • Porcher Industries - Asia / Pacific Regional Director
