    2006 - maintenant Regional Expert for Europe around several HR systems :
    - support for the system used to input and report on appraisal data for all european managers, but also support for the appraisal process (key contact with the european owner of the process),
    - support for Taleo, the recruitment tool used to post jobs, collect candidates CVs, collect candidates profile, manage a talent bank, find talents, follow the whole recruitment process, .... (working with the global team),
    - the SAP HR system, mainly for the organisation maintenance and reporting, but also from time to time for the personel administration.

    I am also participating in evolving the training program for the P&O systems and run training sessions for our country experts on these systems.

    Co-manage a project of 3 months to develop a program for managing inventories with radio-terminals. Worked with a team of 7 persons.

    Responsible for the installation and the maintenance of the PC and the servers, for developing and maintaining software for operational staff ( about 6-7 well-known clients such as Ferrero, L’Oreal, Nestlé, Danone, Carrefour, … ), for buying new computers ( the site grew from 30 to 100 computers and from 100 to 250 people ).

    Sep – Oct 1998 : Three week mission in Moscow in order to assist the IT Manager of the Russian subsidiary, FM Russia.

    Many missions in Slovakia in order to install and set up the IT systems in a new settled subsidiary, FM Slovakia.

  • FM Logistic - EDI Analyst/Programmer
