    Origination and execution as team leader, mergers and acquisitions evaluation, debt financing and capital raising.
    In charge of monitoring incoming opportunities provided by our international network (CFI)
    Covering aerospace & defense and retail sectors.
    Significant references include:
    - L’Occitane (retail, over €500M sales): conducted valuation, negotiation of a €280M LBO debt, and restructuring of debt prior to IPO. Participated to the selection of bank advisors for IPO.
    - Sport 2000 (retail, over €500M sales): developed Business Plan and financial model, monitoring of negotiations with banks and private equity fund to raise €100M.
    - C10 (beverages over €1bn sales): valuation and structuring of the acquisition of Elidis, a subsidiary of Brasseries Kronenbourg, involved in beverages wholesale to restaurants, cafés and hotels.
    - Quick (fast food chain over €800M sales): conducted valuation modeling and due diligence analysis in acquisition by CDC CI (now Qualium).
    - STEF-TFE (transport, over €2000M sales): acquisition of competitor Cryologistics and monitoring of the sale of real estate and goodwill assets to industrial players.

    - Arianespace (aerospace): modeling of capital and debt restructuring plan on behalf of industrial shareholders (Avio, EADS, Finmeccanica, Snecma).
    - Société Générale: modeling and valuation of Tunisian bank UIB for acquisition by Société Générale.
    - Téléimages (media): modeling of the company’s debt restructuring.
