    • SFR asks NSN to leverage the model to improve efficiency and achieve the following objectives:
    - Keep the 2008 scope in terms of Maintenance of a Cluster Zone and Optimization/New features trials.
    - Introduce an E2E approach in the performance analysis: Extend the quality maintenance to the 3G radio layer, correlation of the radio and R4 (MSS) quality when regression is observed.
    - Impact study of Smart Phone introduction in SFR Network.
    - Technical support for customer and internal’s teams and NPO Optimization (parameters, new features).
    • E2E QOS Team (Data & Voice since 3 years).
    • Technical support Engineer :
    - Performs system level case troubleshooting.
    - Transfers customer faults to Maintenance R&D.
    - Leads the E2E technical troubleshooting activities.
    - Implement parameters in the networks elements: understanding KPI and the impact on the performance of the system).
    • Care Radio Engineer :
    Act as customer’s local interface for advanced Care service delivery and support and on other countries if requested. Work with large and/or complex projects or troubleshooting cases.

    Provide advanced technical support for queries (customer & internal), according to customer contract and internal support model.
    Leading role in complex troubleshooting cases, including 3rd party equipment and Multivendor Interfaces
