Context: The settlement platform had to be harmonized for UK, Belgium, Netherlands, France and Euroclear Bank. So far various systems were used generating various issues. The matching processes between ESES, EUI and Euroclear Bank bases so far on 3 different banking systems.

* Requirement synchronization between Product division (clients) and operations to target the different matching criteria
* Reporting process harmonization : development of an application to insure each client will receive reports
* Harmonization for matching process between ESES, EUI and Euroclear Bank, 3 different banking systems, Detailed Business Requirements writing and validation.
* Insure the Different Processes (Lifecycle: capture, match and execute instruction and transaction) send information through Reporting Process in a timely manner.

* 1. Upgrade of Multifonds: system was upgraded without users to notice it. This covered the full implementation tasks, from gap analysis to testing. ;

Context: This activities were done in an operational environment, in opposition of the later experiences performed in project mode. In this role, Gladys could in get an in depth knowledge of financial activities and understanding of the links between the various market players.
Global collateral management expert:
* Input the cash deals. The different amounts negotiated dealt between investors and creditors are processed manually.
* Instruct, input and verify cash payments for netting customers or have flat balances at the end of the day.
* Follow up settlement trades to insure customers' coverage using the different deadlines on different markets. A good knowledge of market practices in different countries is an asset: DBVs buy in /sold out, blind settlement and about all business specificities, corporate actions, taxes...
* Monitor the different electronic systems, RepoEdge, banks (Euroclear, Clearstream), markets and client system with different reconciliations. 3 different reconciliations are done: with subcustodian, with the BNY system and with the customer.
* Training newcomers
