Glenn is involved in the IT/Telecommunication sector since 2005.
Starting off his career as a consultant in ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) in high profile transnational EU funded projects, Glenn then travelled to the Celtic tiger where he was involved in software solution delivery and customer service for major Insurance companies.
Since september 2009, Glenn works at Itron as a solution consultant for the EMEA Business Development team. His objectives are to promote and to help business units sell Itron products portfolio.

Glenn has a strong international experience in consultative selling within the Utility industry and in promoting new technology and paradigm change to a conservative Industry.

    2007 - 2009 Phoenix Technology is a software provider specialized in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions mostly for banks and insurance companies.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    - Implementation of ECM/BPM solution for insurance and financial services companies: full dematerialization of all customer documents, business processes optimized and automated, integration with legacy system, substantial revenue increase
    - Supervision of all project delivery phases: Planning, functional design, software development, installation, Unit and UAT testing, knowledge transfer to support teams
    - Management of platinum customer accounts
  • IBI Group (Paris, France) - Solution Consultant ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems)

    2005 - 2007 IBI Group is a global consulting company specialized in Civil Engineering and ITS.

    Duties and responsibilities:
    - ITS deployment project requirements gathering for Motorway Authorities in UK and Ireland
    - Management of tender redaction for Major regional ITS deployment projects : coordination of 3 to 8 resources (from Telecom consultants to local civil engineering partner)
    - Coordination, lobbying and reporting activities for French partners in CENTRICO project (initiated by European Commission)
