    2013 - maintenant (International building and construction materials manufacturing JV, standalone turnover $1.6B and over 3,000 employees)

    Country Manager, Vietnam
    Responsibilities: Full P&L. Country Business Unit Management, factory and warehouses, ~200 employees, $30MUS
    - Built the winning team: restructured the Executive Committee
    - Positioned the business to be cost competitive: reorganized all departments and reduced headcount by 30%, moved to an outsourced warehouse model and relocated offices to cut costs in half, relocated a metal line to South
    - Positioned the business for growth:
    - Drove a major quality improvement program and a new customer claim process
    - Supported the start of a new manufacturing line which triples capacity
    - Restructuring the customer distribution network and the logistics supply chain
    - Grew revenue by 13% in FY2014, past 2 quarter profits above forecast and double same period a year prior
  • Boral Gypsum - CEO, India

    2011 - 2013 (Boral Group, $6B building materials multinational, Formerly Lafarge Boral JV, largest plasterboard producer in Asia-Pacific)

    Responsibilities: Full P&L. Pan-India Business Unit Management, factory, 6 warehouses, ~200 employees, $25MUS
    - People engagement: Executive Committee fully restructured, setup new committees to improve collaboration
    - Positioned the business to compete against a dominant historical player, in the context of a 40% devaluation of the Indian Rupee and an antidumping case against the company:
    o Reduced headcount by 22%
    o Increased prices by 15% (after 18% price erosion in 2 prior years)
    o Increased market share from 32% to 37% in plant territory
    o Grew revenue by 17%
  • Lafarge Gypsum Division - Vice-President Metals

    2008 - 2011 (2 nd largest plasterboard producer in the world)
    Responsibilities: P&L accountability over the European Metal product line (sales $100MUS). Strategy and
    development, execution, industrial and commercial development, network and supply chain optimization (2 existing
    plants and 1 greenfield), raw material sourcing, contract negotiation, working capital, and new products development.
  • Lafarge Gypsum - Senior Division Strategy Manager

    Paris 2006 - 2008 Reporting to the SVP Strategy, Avignon, France
    - Responsible for Strategy and Business Development in North America, Latin America, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain and Portugal for the Gypsum Division (€1,5B sales) of the Lafarge Group (€16B sales)
    - Advise and recommend SVP Division Strategy, Division Investment Committee, and Group Strategy EVP on investments ranging from €0,5M to €1Billion: Market entry, greenfield, acquisition, portfolio analysis, and competition benchmarking. Working with business units around the globe to assist and develop their local strategy
  • Lafarge North America - Director E-Business

    2003 - 2005 Reporting to the Senior VP of Cement Sales & Marketing, Herndon, VA, USA.
    - Responsible for the strategy, development and implementation of e-Business for Lafarge North America. In charge over $1.8M capital budget and a $0.6M yearly operating budget. In a first phase, project focuses on offering online services to customers such as invoicing, purchase history and e-Marketing products and services through online customer segmentation.
