    Based at Socomec Benfeld plant, working on Supply Chain (production lines, warehouse, finished goods distribution center and suppliers performance)
    Tasks :
    - Reorganize the factory, services and workshops in order to have a pull-flow.
    - Implement Lean Manufacturing technics including problem solving and continuous improvement tools such as Red/Green, VSM, Kanban, PDCA, 8D , 5S (office and workshop), SMED, Line Balancing, ...
    - Develop indicators and tools for performance monitoring (OEE, LeadTime, Takt Time respect, … )
    - Train stakeholders in Lean and culture (action-training, simulations in real cases)
