2011 - 2014Ensure the smooth running of a 1000 workers factory by taking care of the compliance, the quality and the production in Bangladesh
-Accountability: costing and selection of our orders, crosscheck factory expenses, making income statement, cash flow and annual forecast. Negotiate with bank for our facilities and report to the Managing Director.
-Quality: Detect problems and find solutions from raw material to complete goods. Follow-up and doing inline & final inspection
-Production: making the factory planning, ensure the merchandising and the shipment date.
-Sourcing new factory sites and making business plan in order to extend our capacities
-Compliance: ensure the factory keeping; follow up the corrective action plan and anticipate buyer requirements.
-Attend meeting with buyer.
-Represent the company: attend meeting to French- Bangladeshi Chamber of Commerce, bank, and other institution such as BKMEA.
