  In this position, my role could be summerised in the following main activities:
  
  - To manage/follow Process Innovation projects within the SG Gypsum activity.
  - To propose plant optimization program to support new products development.
  - To organise plant validation trials in order to optimise plasterboard manufacturing process.
  - To think about new ways of improving the sustainability of the current manufacturing process.
  - To invent and propose new process development routes.
  - Already submitted several patents applications.
  

• Saint-Gobain - R&D Project leader

  Courbevoie 2010 - 2012 Saint-Gobain Recherche:
  
  In this position, my role could be summerised in the following main activities:
  
  - Manage/follow R&D projects within the Habitat thematic of the Saint-Gobain group,
  - To develop high scientific expertise in the field of evolutive porous materials.
  - To propose and invent new strategies for ligthening of future building materials.
  - To develop quantitative and non destructive characterisation methods needed for the qualification of standard building materials (plasterboard, mortars,...)
  - Setting of academic collaborations with high schools and universities.
  - Already supervised several academic collaborations (PhD thesis and trainee-ships).

• Saint-Gobain - Senior Scientist

  Courbevoie 2008 - 2010 British Plaster Board :
  
  In this position, my role was focused on the following main activities:
  - To propose/invent new gypsum based products developments
  - To develop high scientific expertise in the field of Gypsum based materials durability and CaSO4 physico-chemical properties (cristallography, effects of additives, dimensional variations, porosity, induced porous structure).
  - To develop new products with optimised properties.

• Commissariat à l'Energie Atomique (CEA / Marcoule - FR) - Ingénieur de recherche

  2007 - 2008 Project summary:
  
  "Our aim is to refine the current description of the leaching phenomenology with cross-linked characterizations of Bituminized Waste Products (BWP) in contact with water, at the early stages of the leaching as well as the longer ones. For that sake, three model BWP have been synthesised, varying the chemical content of salts and the grain size distribution".
