En résumé

With a genuine passion for the Hospitality Industry, I decided to join the "Ecole de Savignac" (Business School of Hospitality Management). This School was the opportunity to travel abroad during 1 year and six months (Stratford-upon-Avon, UK) and to get a Foundation Degree in Hospitality management.

I'm very grateful to the "Ecole de Savignac", more than a Business School, this is the perfect place to learn about human relations and life. This experience helped me to improve my English and to learn a lot about the professional world.

After this time in the United Kingdom I decided to join La Rochelle Business School of Tourism (Groupe Sup de Co La Rochelle) in order to discover new sectors such as Sustainable Tourism, e- Tourism or Coastal Tourism.

This year I am a MBA student in the La Rochelle Business School of Tourism and I'm currently looking for a six months F&B Management Internship for 2013.

I would like to work within the F&B department of an hospitality structure.

Able to manage a busy atmosphere, working under pressure and self application (initiative, perseverance, creativity).
I am able to think, act, and speak positively.
Ability to solve problems, decision making, information handling, strong team member.

IT: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 2010, SAGE HR Software knowledge

    2011 - 2011 6 months to discover and understand the Human Resources department of one of the biggest hotel of Europe in a legendary place.

    Daily tasks: Recruitment and Selection, Casuals staff management, Payroll global process, Training and Development, Administrative tasks.
    Participation in the Formula 1 Grand prix and the Royal Weeding.

    I worked in this Italian restaurant as a part time employee when studying in Thames Valley University(London).

    Improving my English level and my professional skills were my main targets.
    I learned how to work in a busy environment and how to deal with pressure and customers complains.
    This was a constructive and fulfilling experience.

    2008 - maintenant Thanks to the "Ecole de Savignac" I had the opportunity to make an internship in a 3 star hotel, in order to learn as much as possible about Hospitality Management. I wanted to do it in a small hotel, to be able to work in all departments and to have a global vision of the organization.

    2007 - 2008 First job experience when finishing my primary school studies.I worked as a part time employee for this company as a food and beverage assistant, I also helped the General Manager to create the menu and the design for this new business.

    I find out my passion for the hospitality Industry and customers service thanks to this lovely experience.
