With a genuine passion for the Hospitality Industry, I decided to join the "Ecole de Savignac" (Business School of Hospitality Management). This School was the opportunity to travel abroad during 1 year and six months (Stratford-upon-Avon, UK) and to get a Foundation Degree in Hospitality management.
I'm very grateful to the "Ecole de Savignac", more than a Business School, this is the perfect place to learn about human relations and life. This experience helped me to improve my English and to learn a lot about the professional world.
After this time in the United Kingdom I decided to join La Rochelle Business School of Tourism (Groupe Sup de Co La Rochelle) in order to discover new sectors such as Sustainable Tourism, e- Tourism or Coastal Tourism.
This year I am a MBA student in the La Rochelle Business School of Tourism and I'm currently looking for a six months F&B Management Internship for 2013.
I would like to work within the F&B department of an hospitality structure.
Able to manage a busy atmosphere, working under pressure and self application (initiative, perseverance, creativity).
I am able to think, act, and speak positively.
Ability to solve problems, decision making, information handling, strong team member.
IT: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 2010, SAGE HR Software knowledge
