    - Conduct of the Social Relations. Annual negotiations. Presidency for C.E. and CHSCT.
    - Implementation of the Toyota production system. Declining share of MOD from 22% to 15%
    - Driver Management for ISO TS and ISO 14000
    - Implementation of Lean Manufacturing within the group and Kaizen activity.
