- As an executive of the group (Group Strategic Committee & Insep Consulting Executive Committee member), I have been a major actor of the development of the group (400% in 3 years – 4 absorptions ) in terms of market position, internal skills development, and, culture & people transformation
- Client partner of the French Railways SNCF and Eiffage (more than 3M° Turnover in 2007 for the Group)
- Lead of the TransFormation Consulting practice (15 pers. 3 M° €)
- Management of major Transformation projects such as the development and set-up of the Corporate University “l’Université du Service” (SNCF Voyageurs) ; Change Management lead of the SNCF Transformation Performance Program “Copernic “; Change Management lead of the Ariane Eiffage Project (ERP Group Implementation)
