    2010 2008-present: Operation Manager for Tramway Projects:
    • Responsible for coordination of the project management of six tramway projects: Jerusalem (Israel), Algiers, Oran and Constantine (Algeria), Reims (France) and Dubai (Arab Emirates).
    • Scope includes reporting to management and to internal customer, hierarchical management of the team, support and development of project managers, internal and external recruitment.
    • Technical scope of the projects includes railway signalling, supervision systems and telecom systems.

    2005-2008: Project Manager for the Tramway of Jerusalem (Israel):
    • Responsible for delivery on time, quality and cost of the signalling and telecomunication scope of the project of the tramway of Jerusalem (Israel).
    • Technical scope includes railway signaling and interlocking, power SCADA, Automatic Vehicle Location System (AVLS), radio, passenger information system, telecom system and CCTV system.
    • Management of the project team in Saint-Ouen (France), plus four international teams: Madrid (Spain), Verona (Italy), Sao Paulo (Brazil) and Montréal (Canada).
    • Management of the external subcontractor for AVL-PIS-Radio system
    • Set-up of the installation and commissioning team in Israel. Activity includes local recruitment and team organisation (10 people).
    • Managed customer acceptance of the design and factory acceptance testing.

    2003-2004: Deputy Technical Manager for Athens Suburban Project:
    • Deputy Technical Manager for non-vital systems (Telecom Network, Telephone, Public Address, Passenger Information System, CCTV, SCADA and ATS systems).
    • Management of design and construction of the provisional control center of the Suburban Railway Line.
    • Management of Variation Orders for the project: costing, documentation and selling price construction.
    • Overall project scope is the construction of track, catenary, stations and electromechanical scope of the first suburban railway line linking Athens city center to Athens Airport, due for operation before Olympic games of 2004.
    • Position based in Athens (Greece) as expatriate.

    2010 - maintenant 2010-2012: Senior Bid Manager for Signalling CBTC Projects:
    • Responsible for the delivery of tenders in the field of Urban signalling CBTC projects of ALSTOM transport.
    • Scope includes tender organisation (planning, resources, strategy), tender target costing, involvement of company departments, tender deliverables management, value analysis, reporting to management and company control departments.
    • Responsible for five CBTC tenders for China metro projects, worth 10 ME each. Responsible for setting up a frame agreement between ALSTOM Chinese signalling joint venture and the CBTC centre of ALSTOM in France.
    • Responsible for two CBTC tenders in Asia: driverless CBTC system for a gold and copper mine in Indonesia, worth 50 ME, driverless CBTC system for Bangkok Purple Line in Thailand (30 ME).
    • Bid manager of the request to tender from SMRT and LTA in Singapore for the CBTC revamping of the North-South and East-West metro lines. Project magnitude 150 ME.
    • Bid manager for the signalling CBTC works of the London Crossrail project. Complex tender with interface to existing suburban lines on the fringes of the central CBTC part. Order of magnitude 100 ME.
    . Bid manager for the signalling CBTC of Tokyo Joban local Line (revamping). 6 months preparatory phase of technical exchanges with Customer. Offer submitted November 2013. Project magnitude 100 ME in 8 years.
