En résumé

Je suis en charge d’un service IT à l'international pour plus de 10 sites à l’international.

Mon rôle consiste à maintenir et faire évoluer les services informatiques de centres avant ventes ayant pour objectifs de démontrer les différentes technologies offertes par Microsoft à ses clients avec la collaboration de nos partenaires.
Je dois aussi m’assurer que les règles de sécurités, de gestion et de suivis soient respectées et puissent aussi être en accord avec les besoins des forces de ventes et avant ventes afin de leur permettre d’atteindre leurs objectifs.

    Issy-les-Moulineaux. 2003 - 2005 I did migrate the local model to an EMEA model which includes (UK, Germany, Dubai, Norway, France), and delivered services for 24 others differents country in EMEA.
    I managed the budget for EMEA lab services, the EMEA Outsourcing contract for services management, i did implemented and provided EMEA lab business services reporting.
    I moved Showroom to Paris, and migrate Microsoft technology Center from the version 1 in Les Ulis to version 2 in Paris.
  • Microsoft - Lab Manager

    Issy-les-Moulineaux. 1999 - 2003 Managing contingency staff in Lab Service. Rebuild entirely the service by improving and migrating services process, certified them in ISO 9002 2000 version. I did upgraded the contengy staff model to an outsourcing model for lab HW and Data Centre administration. I created a Microsoft Technology Center version 1, a showroom and did implemented a internal cross chargin model.
  • Hewlett-Packerd - EMEA Presales Consultant

    1993 - 1999 Providing support to sales and marketing for customers RFP, doing technical roadshow, being a part of the team which prepared IT events such as IT Forum and Interop. Delivered technical trainiing and marketing presentation for partners and customers on HP technologies. I delivered some technical support in EMEA in customer sites during RFP, deployment and migration.
