    2012 - maintenant I work for the food growing network Capital Growth within a team of 5 people:
    • Manage all new applications to the scheme and liaise with various stakeholder to promote the project
    • Lead on different competitions and their promotion to get members to join the network
    • Support the manager in delivering the project and reaching the agreed targets

  • Sustain, The alliance for better food and farming - Volunteer and Training Officer

    2012 - maintenant I manage the flagship food growing space of Capital Growth located in Regents Park which includes:
    • Co-ordinate the project, managing a team of 7 volunteers and develop new strategies for the space
    • Plan and organise on-site activities and events, organise the garden layout and use a wide range of organic techniques to act as a show garden for all urban food growing initiative
    • Liaise with various stakeholders, represent the project and write regular reports on the project evolution

  • Sustain, the alliance for better food and farming - Volunteer Co-ordinator - Intern

    2011 - 2012 Recruitment and management of new volunteers for Capital Growth project, a campaign to create 2,012 community food growing spaces in London by 2,012.
    Creation of an updated version of Sustain’s volunteer management policy and procedures
    Organisation of regular social and networking events for volunteers and Capital Growth local leads.
