• Full subsea field development project including engineering, procurement, construction and installation
• Responsible of incorporated and non-incorporated material: suppliers follow-up, inspection and transit according to schedule, quality and incoterms requirement. This includes 12 subsea valves, 24 km of insulated CS pipes in pipes, 10 km of cladded pipes, 4 flexibles and 15 jumpers.
• Managing a team of 5 expediters, 3 inspectors coordinators and 2 transit agents for the incorporated material
• Activity budget set-up and management of 4MEUR (without transport).
• Material order value: 40 MEUR
• Reporting to project management and Post-order department management.
• All long lead items have been delivered with no impact on project construction and installation planning
