I am a highly qualified and efficient Quality and Maintenance Specialist in the nuclear field, with an eye for detail in technical process development, management and maintenance. With 16 years of professional experience in the nuclear industry as well as in shipbuilding (nuclear submarines), I have served in several multicultural international, bilateral and local complex development projects. I have a broad know-how regarding the whole nuclear construction life cycle, ranging from quality assurance/control and licensing, to design and maintenance. Being led by enthusiasm and a strong motivation for acquiring new competencies and improving my skills, I am always keen on improving systems and developing innovative and proper solutions wherever required. I have excellent communications skills and I am good at facilitating, coordinating and building relationships with clients, contractors and even state authorities.

    * Review and evaluation of plant suppliers and sub-suppliers of quality control documents - QAPs,
    Manuals, NC procedures, Inspection & Test Plan (ITPs)
    * Development, review and evaluation for processes and procedures inside the organization -
    Manuals, QAP's, procedures, instructions and requirements according to the EPC contract, legislation and other regulations.

  • FRAMATOME - Maintainability Mechanical Coordinator

    2017 - 2018 OL3 NPP project in Finland. Part of the maintenance department, responsible for the maintainability mechanical topic on the Nuclear Island side. Managing the deviations noticed by the plant operator (TVO) and during the commissioning activities. Coordinate and follow the various topics between the different departments mostly engineering, to find the most appropriate solution to the change design.

    * Study, establish and control the Reliability / Feasibility / Maintainability of the mechanical components installed in the plant and revision of the maintenance procedures if any improvements are needed.
    * Make sure that the recommendations from the Plant operator (TVO) are in accordance with the requirements, Regulations, Standards, European directive (PED/Machinery) and the EPC contract.
    * Launch Change Design Request to the engineering taking into consideration the ALARA principle for equipment located in a controlled zone where the maintainability of the equipment is not appropriate.
    * Coordinate and follow up on different deviation reports
    * KPI preparation
    * Prepare/control/modify work packages for maintenance sequence operation (maintenance measure packages) of all kinds of equipment installed on-site.
